Cost of shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) and the destination. Our items weigh between 3 and 5 lbs. each. Actual shipping rates are shown prior to placement of order (just after you enter your shipping location information) Items are shipped Monday through Friday.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS TAKE APPROXIMATELY 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE EMBROIDERED BEFORE SHIPPING. IF YOU CHOOSE EXPEDITED SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS STILL MEANS IT WILL TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO EMBROIDER- BUT YOUR ORDER WILL TAKE LESS TIME ONCE IT IS SHIPPED.
All non-personalized orders ship within one to three business days. Orders placed after 12 Noon EST are processed the next business day. This means that even if you chose expedited shipping but you place your order after 12 Noon, it will not ship until the next day. Please consider this when calculating timing. Please note that Next Day or 2nd Day shipping DOES NOT include the weekend.
Returns /Exchanges
PERSONALIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
All non personalized items* may be returned within 30 days of purchase (Or by Jan 15, 2024..whichever is longer) as long as item has not been used or laundered and is returned in its original package.

2) We will email you a UPS return label and instructions as to how to return.
3) Once we receive the item we will credit you the cost of the item MINUS the shipping cost for returning the item. The return shipping costs are listed below.
SHIPPING COST TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEM:
This cost is the simply how much it costs us to ship and return the item. We do not profit from it and find it is simpler and cost less than it would cost you to return the item on your own.
The shipping return cost is $9.99
If you are returning more than one item the shipping cost for each additional item is $2.50 per item.
Cancel An Order
To cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours. Orders are usually processed at 12pm EST Mon-Fri. Once an order has shipped or is monogrammed, we cannot cancel it.
